Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

Only you can decide when to ask for help. You may think you need support for different reasons. You may feel a little depressed or anxious, you may have difficulty in sleeping, eating, doing daily tasks, you may not find happiness in things you used to love, you may struggle with personal and social relationships, you may face hard times or be overwhelmed by a traumatic event.

What may I do for you then? Help you find your own strengths and use them to cope with your difficulties, think positively, and finally find harmony, happiness and a sense of well being.

I offer individual psychological counselling with a cognitive behavioural approach within a person-centered relational framework. Family counseling may be very helpful to overcome relational difficulties within the family. Group therapy and training are available as well as pre-employment psychological and cognitive evaluation.
